at first i thought this was a hair :p from either me or my dogs then i realized that it was raised slightly and it goes from the T to his forehead where the long skiny black spot is and then continues to the bridge of his nose
i must say that has got to hurt so since i am hoping it is an error how much might something like this go for? i know that the coin has some black spots on it yet it is mostly red additionally it is in a prominent spot
*crosses fingers* hoping he is right about it being an error and being in a prominent spot ;P

It's a die crack.
Myself I don't go crazy for die cracks but someone that does might want it as a spiked head, or antenae head, great horned Abe, etc...

It is a nice die crack., Here is another:
I pull all of them, as a matter of habit. I have some 2007-D that have the whole head all shattered, but they mist be on the other hard drive. it makes one wonder if that was the last strike, before the die shattered into smithereens!

Cjheater! just 'cause you have been at it longer than I have!
I'm not up to collecting, these days, unless collecting "snot-rags" counts, because I can't seem to get rid of thios "runny-nose.
Coop, I got some bad news, night before last, and things are at a stand-still. my youngest S/son is very bad, with cancer in one lung, the spine, can't move his legs anymore, and last, but not least, also spots in the brain. The DR gave him a "few days, to 6 months". Needless to say the wife, and the other two siblings took off this morning for Prescott, Valley. I had to remain behind, because I can't handle the stress. One younger dauthter has to work, and she is looking asfter my needs. I am bird-sitting, and looking after the dog. That isn't the whole story. The other S/son has COPD, and needs to use Oxygen, but refuuses to do it like he has been told! He had an aneurysm in '92, and spent several weeks in the hospital. They sectioned about 5" of the Cartoid Aorta. So he has had some bad times. Being a Body-man, he worked on cars, doing body repairs, etc. He spwent a lot of tiome on Corvettes, until the DR forbid anymore fiber-glass woprk on cars. So where did he go to work? A construction Coompany, making forms, and molds, "of fiber-glass! He got the idea that it might be wise to quit. He did, and went to work for State Farm, as an estimator. He is very "under the weather", and Like the reast of the family, "very stubborn". Sorry about "drifting", but it really was about "coins" when I started.

Dick: Sorry to hear about your family ills. Life just isn't fair sometimes and all here feel for your mental distress. It is hard to deal with illness of close relatives/family. But be reassured of care and prayers to help you and others here on the forum to cope with what we face each day. Your part of our coin family and we care about what affects our members/families.

sorry to hear dick ill keep him in my prayers and your whole family you should go get a box of coins and destress and i think im going to try to stop smoking cigars as of today. i wish i knew what i could say to make you smile or at least lift your spirits or even give you some comfort but being at a loss of words i can only tell you that i will pray for you and your family even though those words have almost become a cliche when we hear someone is sick so the comfort from them arent what they maybe meant the first time you heard or read them.

To each, and every one of you good people, who have so nicely expressed your thoughts, and prayers for his future. I know what is enevitable, will come to pass. My only hope is that he suffers little, if at all. He is on "Pain-killers", and is in the "short rows' of his life. I have accepted that, as I have to accept it when the other one will suffer, one day. He, too is "not good". It is a sad day when the parents have to bury their children, but we only do as it is written. GOD has his reasons, and his will be done. Thank you all.

Ken, please turn your prayers over to Gary, and for his wife, who is so very ill. My son no longer suffers. He passed about 2 PM, this afternoon, PST. His case was beyond our welp, and his chioce was to, "let naturetake it's course". The "Chemo" would only be very uncomfortable, and could not reverse what has already been done.
