I think it was after 1999 that the mint stopped shipping $50 bags to banks. After 1999 they ship big tubs to distributors like brinks or dunbar or string & sons (metered by weight) then those companies roll and ship $25 boxes to banks.
After the mint stopped shipping bags average searchers can't get a bag to search and huge errors won't fit in rolls so after 1999 maybe the distributing company workers find most big errors. They still do get to market.
This might have come from whoever got the 1998 bag. _________________ Ed

Looks like the wall of the top coin has broken away. If so, the aggregate weight will be less than 7.5 grams.
