I have some questions about this 1953 I found today. What's up with Pinocchio? It looks to me as if Lincoln's nose is just a bit too long. Also see a notch above his nose on his brow. Don't mean to be such a newbie with this stuff but I just don't know.










Here is one of those "BIE" die breaks I found on a 57. Pretty common I guess.

Your first coin has some damage on it along with a bit of reduction lathe doubling - no extra value.

Your second coin is a BIE die break. Somewhat common, yet modestly collectible - a couple dollars worth.
