I'm guessing post mint damage. Looks like it was worked over good. They weren't minted that way. Sometimes we find coins that are rolled over on the rims, but still round somewhat. These are attributed to coins that found their way into a clothes dryer.

But yours look really worked over. But I do know they didn't come from the mint that way.
