Our New Forum Section

Bob and I were discussing some changes that need to be made to the die system earlier today, and I came up with the idea of placing a category in the forum where we could announce changes to the system as they take place. It will give collectors a chance to see the changes as soon as they take place so they can annotate the changes in their collections.

Once in a while we make a mistake when listing coins and have to go back and move information around. We attribute coins to a die, photograph them, place the photographs on the site, then a number of days, weeks, or months later we discover that the die we photographed is not the one intended for that listing number or that it duplicates something already listed. This sort of thing happens on occasion.

Well, now you have a place to come and see the changes we make to correct these problems when we find them.

Only Bob and I can post new threads here, but anyone can respond to the threads once we start them. I did this for one obvious reason...only Bob and I can make the changes to the system, and this section is only for announcing those changes and accepting feedback from the collectors once the changes have occurred.

Chuck, and Bob, I like the new idea! It is only human to make a mistake, and we all do. The only problem is that sometimes it is done, without knowing, and some one later calls it to your attention. Nothing wrong with that. It is the consideration factor, that we all enjoy. Thanks for providing the forum! There are many forums, that don't come close to what we have here.
