Mike, I'm not sure if you are asking about a possible "railroad rim". One thet was made by the planchet not being totally inside the collar die, which would allow a wider eim, (looking down at the rim), It would look like a wheel on a RR wheel. The rest looks like MD, but in view of the date, it could be a DDR. Have you checked the site, to see if there are any of this date, like yours?

Looks like a normal circulated, machine doubled and die crack to me. Put it back to work.
