Anaconda - A couple of steps..
1. Upload your picture to web space (somewhere) - I can do this for you if you don't already have space set up (but I think you do).
2. Within the body of your message, place img and /img surrounded by square brackets on either side of the URL for the image. An easy way to do this is to click the "img" button above the message text box, paste in the URL of the image, then click the "img" button again...it does all the code for you.
3. Preview your message before submitting it to ensure you have a good copy on your URL...if the picture didn't show up in the preview, you can click the back on your browser and try again.
REMEMBER: The program (and likely your server) are case sensitive. If you have capital letters in your image name you have to keep them the same when posting images - good practice is to never use caps in your file names so you don't have to worry about whether to use them.
