Here's a very interesting IHC die variety, which according to Rick Snow, is evidence of a quadruple hubbed die. I don't know the class, and I think this is rather rare for US coins--or are there other examples? The Jefferson Nickel series perhaps?
Here's a dramatic detail from AMERICA:

Kurt, when you have doubling that the direction is either toward the rim, or to the center of the coin, it is normally considered a Class 2 Doubled die. On this coin, there also seems to be a bit of a rotational shift (maybe class 5). I will wait for Chuck to respond, but off hand I would say Class 2. There are many class 2 reverse dies for the Lincoln Cent, especially 1964 and 1964D.
If you take a look at this die, you can see how the doubling resembles what is on your coin, but just imagine up to 4 times.
