Before I send this coin to a friend, I'd like to narrow down the Snow #, but I don't have an attribution guide for this year.
From what I can see, this is a 1/1(s), 9/9(n)--which means it could be Snow 4,9, or 19.
Then there's the first 9 digit, which is either broken punch--or more likely the digit was filled with grease.
Then again, if Snow lists this as a variety, that would be enough for me. Your help is most appreciated!

I don't have the book that covers that period either. I've been meaning to give Rick a call for the rest of them. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for trying to help out--I think the 1890-99 is currently out of print...nobody was selling it at the recent show either. Well, I can tell my friend it's an RPD at least (subtle in the pics, less so in hand).
