Recent find while going thru a bag of wheaties. 1937-D with class 6 doubling on the motto.
There are only 2 1937-D DDR's listed on CC and both have plain and simple markers for each one. This coin doesn't have either marker so I'm guessing and hoping it's a new one. Here are a couple of pics without magnification.
Thanks
Rock

Rock,
There are many, many class 6 reverse dies for coins in the 30's and 40's that are not on the site yet. Between Chuck and I, there are dozens and dozens still waiting.
However, if yours is in good enough shape, and markers can be found, it will be no problem adding it to the site. God only knows when I will be able to get to all the ones I have.

I gotcha Bob. I'll just hang on to it instead of adding to the piles. If it were uncirculated then I might consider it, but as it is there is nothing special about it.
Thanks for the reply
Rock
