I have been informed that my '94/94, is NOT S4. Rick said if it is an RPD, it will be a new one. I will send it in to Rick, for attribution, and confirmation, in a couple days, along with a few others. I'll let you know what comes out.

That would be quite an accomplishment. New varieties of Indian cents are few and far between.

Wow...what an interesting turn of events!
Nice that Rick commented directly--here's to it turning out to be a "discovery piece"--congrats Dick!

Rick will respond to inquiries. I had some communication with him over a 1909-S that I had that appeared to have an RPM. I used my QX3 microscope and sent him a 200x pic of the mint mark and he said it was only a hit. Most coin dealers and experts turn out to be very accessible, even Chuck Daughtrey...

Kurt, It is NOT "cut in stone". Rick said it is not S4, but could be a new one. I am going to send it to Rick, and see what happens. I have others that will accompany it.
