I recently got the U-Verse bundle, so I can get rid of AOL Time-Warner, and DirecTV. It involves using the internet explorer, etc. I thought three months would be enough to "get the hang" of it. Wrong! It will take at least a year, for the surfing part of it. The TV portion is but an evaluation, to see which I want to stay with or change for the other. The internet access, ie RoadRunner.com, or ATT.net. is no problem. It will be either, or, depending on the price. The rub comes when I wanted to send an email, with an attachment! That involves Yahoo.com, and I was not a "Yahoo.com user." An hour, or two, some "praying", and more trying, finally got it done, but don't ask how I did it! I haven't the faintest. Maybe a year will be enough time. My question is: How does one remember all the addresses of the different sites that you visit most? I have 18 on my AOL tool bar, and keep track of them that way. "No such animal", using any other way. Maybe there is another way..... I was using Yahoo.com, and the top 25% of the screen was Internet explorer, the next 25% was Yahoo.con. That doesn't leave much room for the site visited, to display their content. Any ideas? I want to dump AOL, but there isn't many options.

go to firefox.com and use them instead of IE. and then you can bookmark all your sites. plus firefox is faster and easy to get around. plus free
