008 is the mint mark is more South, so it can't be that one.

They may be similar but they were not from the same die. The same events happen to dies when they age. It is the major ones that continue to the retirement of the die that make real good markers. Die scratches in fields fade with time. Die scratches next to devices remain a lot longer. Die wear changes even the mint mark and the RPM. Sometimes they may look like they may be from the same die, but the mint mark location is stationary. If the mint marks do not match up, it not from that die. L-S-M. Location first step to identify a RPM or even mint marked doubled dies. The location comes first. (Without location it is not from the die that is known. Spread is next. N-S-E-W NW-NE-SW-SE Rotated, tilted all factor in whether it is a certain die. Sometimes locations are so close that a second look at the spread may tell you it is or it is not from the same die. Lastly markers. Like I said markers come and go. Obverse and reversed die may come and go. Die scratches come and go. Clash marks from and go as they are in the field that can be flattened out with time and continued use. But die cracks, chip, breaks, die dots, some gouges remain and sometimes gets much worse till they are retired. So just because the markers may match another die is just a coincidence. Remember L-S-M then you won't be spinning your wheels.
