What are thr "rules" for cooking '43 steel cents, to get rid of the crud? OR, Are all bets off, in this case?
I have a bunch of "D" mint, and want to check for RPM's. I gave up on the "S" mint. Maybe I should use Carburator cleaner?
Thanks,
Dick
