I have about 8 rolls of P-D-S, and the "S" is not worth checking. The "D"'s are a bit better, but I
'm not sure they are worth the cost of the "goo-gone", to clean them up enough to see if there are any RPMs. From what the site indicrtes, it is not worth the trouble, except for a very few. If nothing else, I can always sell them "for the bullion value" Wink

They often have abrasion doubling or the mintmark is so weak it's barely noticeable.

The neat thing is if I give a few 43 cents to non collectors they always got surprised and excited.

I'm thinking of carrying a few of the rusty-cruddy ones around to see if the clean up any in my pocket?

Coop, don't wear out the pockets! I put them in goo0gone overnight, then boiled them in plain water, with a tbs spoon of baking soda. for one minute at rolling bill. Crud fully intact, and happy with the nice warm bath!
