Don't understand much about how it happens. Appears to be indentations in the steps just left of columns six through twelve. May also be a minor snap back on column seven.

Hi Dick, I'm not sure this is considered a wavy step. I believe Mr. Neff wrote an article explaining these anti wavies, but can't seem to find it now. Should have made a copy for my notes when I had the chance. As much as I use his site, I don't think these even get listed.

If you get the "Errorscope", it might be in there. I don't recall having read it, but my memory is only about a "nanosecond" long.

Hi Guys - The trail die site does have information on these particular "wavy steps" and it is under "the DEO/DER files" and the the working hub files.

This is caused by a working hub having trails in the memorial stairs and basically it is the same as a working die except that the lines are incused.

The full explanation is on the site. Since this is caused by a working hub, this anomaly is fairly common, although it does surprise people when they first see it.

Thanks Mr.Neff. Knew you had an explanation somewhere, just wasn't looking in the right place.
