Anybody remember me? I use to collect coins, search for DD cents and I posted a lot of stuff here a few years ago. A few of the 2006 ddo cents are attributed to me, Robert Tingle. I got so wrapped up into finding (and selling) the 2006 "The Big One" that when they got too hard to find, I just stopped looking for all varieties of cents and found other things to occupy my time.
I was walking to the kitchen to pour me a cup of coffee about a month ago and I fell in the hallway and broke my right leg just above the knee. I'm in a wheelchair now and had some extra time on my hands and thought I'd spend some of it here on one of my all-time favorite websites. I miss chatting with Chuck, Bob, B.J. Neff, Coop, Bill the chicken man and all the others I knew here. You're just a great bunch of people to know.
I'm feeling a strong urge lately to ask my son to go to the bank for me and get some rolls of pennies that I can look thru. I bet I can find some new variety.

Hi Murphy, long time no see. now Iwe know what you have been up to! sorry about the broken leg, but you know it is "HOME" where most accidents occur. Glad you are better. We have been keeping the site busy with gossip, stories about that one that got away, no, that is a fish story..... There have been a few new ones found, includung the third '92 CAM. It has made big news in many areas/You will find a few new faces, but all the old bunch is still here. Nice to see you back,
Dick

Murph! How nice to see you back. I am sorry about your accident. Just take it easy, get some coins to look at, and find some more stuff! Once again, great to see you back here.

Murph: Check out the 2009-P LP2's That should keep you busy. The Denver ones are duds, but a lot on the Phillies. I've never viewed you as gone, just not here some of the time. Check out the site for doubled dies on these.

BJ, I have some of those INDENTED lines from late in 2006 as well as early 2007. I am thinking there may be a 2006 indented reverse on a 2007 somewhere in there but I have yet to search them all. They seem to be a lot of different dies and that's a big can of worms to open. I could send them to you if you would like to examine them. I think I have a couple rolls or more.

Hi Murphy - I do hope that your leg is doing better. As to the 2006 and 2007 working hub trail dies, I would like to see them. If you can, please send them done.
Regards,
BJ
