These are the first views from the new setup, camera mounted on scope.
This is the 20X.

Ed, thanks. here is the prototype, that made the images:
The top should have rotated, but who is perfek?
I did not show any magnification, but on the screen where these are shown, I went to max optical zoom, and they were great.
If you, aor anyone is interested, I posted a bit more info re the whole thin on Canadiancoins.com SNAZ's site, but it is under large cents, Wrong place, as usual).

What are you using the second eyepiece for?
I notice you capped it in one photo but not the other?
I'm assuming you sight it by looking on your CRT not the other eyepiece.

good morning, Ed! Actually, the left side rotates far enough away from thr right, to allow me to see the coin. The right is a rigid mount, and is focused by the focus knob. The left one has the small individual focus. Yes i check the CRT for sharpness, and to see what i will be getting, as it is from the camera software. I can also use it to set the magnification on the camera. it has 3X optical zoom,,and also 6X digital, (which I don't use). The two images were 20X. I had to re-check to be sure. I wanted a bit smaller image, but it is okay. I can do tjhe details better this . It ay. It seems to be pretty stable, considering the structure. I don't have remote shutter control, so there has to be some movement, even though i am very careful when i trip the shutter. Having been a hunter, when I was a kid, I got into the habit of "slowly squeezing the trigger", and making the shot. It seem so work here on the camera, as well. I squeeze the button halfway down to do the auto-focus, and when i like the area shown, ai add a bit more pressure, and make the shot. I will make several shots with several different settings, to see what it can do. should be interesting.
