What is this?
There are two indentations on it
One runs from the letter O to the ear and
the other runs from the letter I to the neck
this indentation appears to be under the letter I
I am not sure about the other ( I’ll keep trying to get a better picture)

An image of the reverse might help to see if it a struck through or damage on the coin.

It looks as if there was gas bubbles or voids before the strike and when struck it collapsed... That or maybe a moth was on the planchet... LOL!!!

A clear case of post-strike damage.

Just one thing concerning this post. The trend has started to call this type of damage "post strike" instead of "post mint". Some dents, scrapes and such are caused by the machinery in the mint itself after the strike, so to be a bit more correct in our statements, the term "post strike" for any obvious damage such as this, is a better fit.

As BJ indicates, the term post-strike damage may be preferable because it is non-specific. It encompasses all damage that occurs after the strike. Since the location and cause of some forms of damage cannot be pinpointed, it's best to cover all possibilities.

Thanks for the correction info... It does make sense just due to the fact that it is after the coin was struck!!!
