Hello everyone,

I found this 1908. It has an extra 1 just under the flag of the 1 and it looks like there is an extra punched 9 southeast of the 9. Looks like S7 to me. What do you think?

I can't tell you tyhe Snow variety, but I do agree it is1/1sw. You can alo see part of thje left serif, below the foot od the 1.

FYI
