Sorry but being fairly new at looking at trail dies, not sure if this would classify as one. Any comment on this would be greatly appreaciated to advance my kowlage of this variatty. What I am mainly looking at is off the S of States and off the F of oF

The lines seen are called die scrapes and are caused by the ejection arm scraping across the die face and damaging it.
Trail lines, as a rule, start at a design element and trail off, either into the field or a design element. For more information, take a look at traildies.com
