It was a program that is on Photoshop 5.5 called image ready 2.0. It took a while to get the hang of it, but it is like a cartoon. You make the image frame by frame and then set the time lapse between images in the GIF format. It's a lot of fun to tinker with.

OK, I thought it was something like that. I have a .gif that I use on my eBay auctions.... a little Auctioneer. I don't remember where I picked him up but he must have been made the same way. I use Adode Photoshop 8.0, so that feature should be on there too. I'll check it out - Thanks for sharing.
