Hi Ed, I agree with you. I don't recall the altitude there in the Glendale Ave, and I 19 North area, but here it is 1760'. I have seen snow fall here, but naturally, it don't stick. I have always loved the snowfall, but sure don't like the "deep-freeze', that always follows it!
I used to play in it when i was a pre-schooler, but not anymore. I guess I 'grew up"!
I am pretty sure there was enough at 4300' alt. in Skull Valley, and prescott, (Mile high), same as Denver, but warmer, because it is farther South.
Nice link. I enjoyed it. I was always a bit partial to Ch, 7. One of the news casters was from this area, (Metro LA). I think she later moved over here.
