An '09-S or '09-S VDB

I came across this elongated cent on ebay and I have had some communication with the owner who is genuinely interested if he has the VDB or not. We looked at the four mint mark positions for the VDB and it is possible that this is position #2.

However, the mintmark on the ebay coin appears to be above the lower end of the first 9. Does anyone have access to the mint mark positions of the '09-S?

There's at least 9 positions for the 09-S.

The tough thing for that coin is ruling out all 9 of the 09-S positions and being smushed like that makes it tough.

To add to Ed's comments, the 1909S VDB only had 4 positions for the mintmark. The diagnostics can be found here:
