Posted in "new" because this is the first time I have been able to post decent pics. I just got a cheap (Tucsen $89) camera that attaches to my microscope and shows images via USB cable to my computer screen. So, this past rainy Sunday in the Pacific Northwest I took pictures of the 1980's RPM's I have found searching circulated rolls since I got bit by the Lincoln " variety bug" about 10 years ago. I use the Wexler number since at the time when I got started, they were the best resource in my opinion. This one is an 86d WRPM-013.
Cheers,
JAY

You sure get some nice clear images. My camera/scope just don't have the focus. I think it is partially due to my vision, and partly due to the adjustment, (or lack therofon the scope I'm using, the one eye piece well is fixed. mayybe the other one is the one I should use. Only means a new prototype setup.....

Hello Coinboyjay!

IMHO, the rpm you photographed could very well be #1 instead of #7. The reason I say that is because of the "lower" mm, the evidence high and inside along with the specific blob under the spine south.

Just a thought... tois

I'd delete that "tois" but my delete key won't work!!

Thanks for the reply Doug.

Not sure what you mean, but the coin pictured is WRPM-013 which is from the Wexler files and NCADD. The CONECA number is RPM#1, which this site attributes as 1986D-1MM-001.
So, you are right IT IS RPM#1 CONECA and 1986D-1MM-001 coppercoins.

Cheers,
JAY

HI Jay,
Just wanted to say great shot, and really nice looking RPM.

I use a USB Celestron variable focus/mag "camera", and am still looking for the best software to use for image capturing.

The software I use presently has minimal adjustments for contrast, gamma, brightness, and hue. So I get by.
What image software do you use?
Did it come with the USB camera?

Phil
