I know my pics are blurry but I think you can see the markers below the upper serif and below the bottom crossbar .This may be EDS as there isn't a dot below the T in Liberty. Maybe Coop can do his magic and check placement?

Location looks very close. The images are too grany to tell for sure, but it might be possible. Chuck might have more information as he has that example in his collection.

I'm not yet equipped to handle submissions. I lost some of my equipment in my move to Florida and have not yet located any of it. I'm also really short on time to devote to coins with my new job.
