Is this a 1995 DDO or is it machine doubling

This 1995P lincoln cent has some sort of minting problem on the motto (IGWT) with the strongest showing on the G of god. See the attached picture.

Looks like machine doubling to me. But I checked out you images. The 1936 & 1941 DDO's are great! The 1941 has such a nice spread. Good find..

Could this be Class VIII / Tilted Hub Doubling ? Here is another picture showing the G and O.

I'm not sure I see anything at all doubled in the photos. Could you try changing your lighting direction to make them come out better? Light the field of the coin, not the sides of the letters.
