Today: Saturday, April 21, and the forum is still "active" Or at least so it seems.
If that be the case, maybe it will induce some of the members to, if nothing else, chat about the "good old days" when the forum was quite active.
All of the old reasons are still available, (unless, like Canada, the cent will no longer be minted). They would have a small choire gathering al the materials we so happily searched thru, (all, or nearly all "unsearched" before! Oh yes! Shocked
Anybody else feel this was?
The forum had, (has) over 400 members. I wonder how many would check in, and say hi!!

Probably not many. Most assume this is dead now. But we know different!

Hi Coop!
Nice to hear form you.
while I agree that this forum is nearly extinct, it still shows a bit of life. if nothing else, it does allow old friends to "meet secretly".L amde a lot of folks here, and many became very close friends. if we are lucky, this may continue to be "our home, away from home.

Re LCI, I can't concentrate long enough on one thing to make much headwau, and to try two, is like "mission impossible".

I am getting close to my goal of 1000 varieties in the 1859N9 large cent. It has not been east.

If, and when I return ti the Lincolns again, It will be easier to track the dies, than before. I have a much better understanding of what it takes. That is not to say it will be easier. quite the conreary. There are no where near as many die cracks to use as markers!
