I received two 1981-S Proof cents today. One was bought through EBay and was advertised as a type-2. This one I got from EBay is stapled in a plastic envelope and if I want to send it back I cannot tamper with the staple or take it out of the plastic, but the other one is a little clearer.
I bought the other through a local dealer and it is advertised as a type-1. Man, I just can't see any difference in them. Are they both type-2 or are they both type-1?
