Hi Jack, I will let the experts answer on this one because there are soo many D/D varieties on the 60 LD, I would be guessing. Your pics do show nice split serifs.

Hi Jack...Most likely #40, but could be #29 or #32. Too close to call without marker information.

I have added the markers I could find on the 1960D unknown to the site shown and it looks like one of the markers on the reverse is the same as 29, however 29 is listed as D/D. With the split serif and the vertical bar and east hook make this a D/D/D. None of the markers on 40 were were on this coin.

CONECA has been wrong a number of times in missing minor split serifs on RPMs...it wouldn't surprise me if they were wrong this time too. Looks like it's probably #29, but on ones like that I simply cannot tell by photographs.
