My fourth time as the victim of a rear-end crash in less than four years at the same right turn lane in the same intersection as two of the others. None of the other times caused any noticeable damage or injury, but this one landed me in the hospital for the evening with a neck injury.
What is it with people who insist on pulling forward while looking behind them over their shoulder?? Four friggin times!!! People are really starting to piss me off with their inane driving habits! I NEVER pull forward without looking straight ahead.
Anyhow, the rear end of the car will have to be replaced, I am mildly hurt but okay, my wife is fine (she was driving). They took me to the hospital in an ambulance, no telling how bad it could have been but wasn't. A few people are really lucky today, including the woman who rear ended us. It could have been much worse.

Sorry to hear this Chuck. I had this happen to me once while I was sitting at a red light. Didn't see it till I felt it. My wife had it happen to her twice as well. Glad you and your family and yourself are doing well. Joe

As the saying goes in such situations, "the hell with the metal". All that matters is that you and the wife are OK.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you get better!
Is that intersection known for things like that? The city/county might want to re-think that intersection.
