This doesn't look like the 1963D-1MM-003 that is listed on this site and that is the only D/D/D variety I see. The markers are not the same either. This looks to have a double split lower serif. Opinions.
It's definitely not #3, and it is also possible that it could be from a damaged punch. I am inclined to think that is is an RPM, but would need to see it to verify it. _________________ Bob Piazza

Hey Bob, I pulled about 20 of these out of a nice MS63/64 roll. I will put one in the pile I will send your way one of these days( I will call first cause I know you guys are seeing a lot of coins lately)
