Yes or No? It seems to have doubling north and south - Fatique Doubling?

Looks like machine doubling to me. Hate to be a buzz kill, but that's what it looks like to me. Great image on the upper image. Nice color. Looks like you found the right angle to get it to look that way. The other image is not so colorful probably because the light is not reflecting off the the coin into the scope. The images look like they could be focused a little more. Try this tip. Try focusing on the Field of the coin or the bottom of a RPM and not focus on the upper devices on the coin. You will get a clearer image. Keep looking you'll keep finding. I save strong machine doubled ones for educational images. Got over a roll of them. I try to keep them off Ebay that way. LOL

Sorry, but it does not look like hub doubling to me. Here are some similar examples on a proof state quarter.

JRocco, really nice images man!
Thanks for the reply. I figured it was machine doubling but had to have a second or third opinion. I've seen the one photo here of a real 1971-S Proof DDO, but there are two varieties of them and I haven't seen a photo of the 2nd.
Coop, thanks for the compliments, buddy. Haven't heard from you, hope you're doing well. The color is off in the 2nd photo because I used "levels autofix" in my photo software program to try and get a better look. And I didn't really try for supersharp focus. I actually held the camera, which I rarely do.
Don't you think that if one of those eBay shysters got ahold of your roll of machine doubles, they could turn it into a small fortune after only 8 or 10 NARU'ed accounts? lol

That's why I hang on to them. To keep them out of husksters hands. I save a lot of crap just for image sake. Never know when you need them to prove a point. Great to see your images again.
