Why this dbl'ing isn't mentioned on the Die, 1941 die 5.

Was looking at this 1941 FS-018.3 and can't find in any references, any mention of this other doubling, on this die, and am wandering ... why not.
Only doubling mentioned (even on here) is the "TY", "EARLOBE" and "19" of date.
Most noticeably on the following:
Towards the center of the die on, "GOD WE TRUST"
To the left and right on "W" of WE.
Left (or south) on base of "L" of Liberty.
Surely all this isn't master die doubling ... is it???

I don't think it's master die doubling, and in fact I don't think it's doubling at all. Whatever it is, it's too minor to see in the photos.
