Concave outer design to the vertical post.

Both serifs on this mint mark type are quite evenly made and appear very uneventful in shape. The chief diagnostic difference for this mint mark type is the slightly concave dish-like appearance to the left (outer) side of the veritcal post.Those who collect die varieties will note that this mint mark was more commonly repunched on dies than any other mint mark type, with over 600 listed dies through its 10 years of use.
