A heavy concentric die gouge shows almost all the way around the obverse. A secondary die gouge shows under the L of LIBERTY. Heavy but worn N-S die scratches show under the chin. A die dot shows northeast of the 1 of the date. Obverse is LMDS.
Reverse
N-S die scratches show inside the C of CENT. A heavy die dot shows beneath the R of AMERICA.
