Swirled die scratches show at the edge of the design all the way around the design. Two die scratches run NE from the top of the L of LIBERTY. A number of E-W die scratches show in the front of the coat. Obverse is MDS.
Reverse
Light E-W die scratches run through the motto. Two wavy clash marks show inside the C of CENT. Die damage shows as a comet-like die dent underneath the M of UNUM. A die crack shows in the middle right wheat grains. NW-SE die scratches show in the center of the design. Reverse is MDS.
