A short die scratch/gouge which may prove to actually be a minor doubled eyelid to the east of the primary eyelid. NE-SW die scratches through the E of WE. Numerous N-S die scratches above the 19 of the date.
Reverse
A die crack and small chip on the vertical bar of the T in CENT. A short die scratch runs north from the second T of STATES. Reverse is MDS.
