Obverse
Two long die cracks run across the head - one across the forehead and the other in the upper hair. Numerous die cracks show on the shoulder area. Two heavy, old die scratches run NE from the top of the 3 of the date.
Reverse
A due crack runs along the top of the O of ONE and leads to the west side of the R of PLURIBUS. A series of three die dots show above the E of UNITED. A large pair of die scratches form an up-side down 7 between the N and T of CENT. Reverse is LDS.
