A light die scratch runs SE through the N of CENT. A short die gouge runs SE from the center of the T of UNITED. Reverse is MDS.

N/S die scratch between bust and date. Die crack on lapel. Die crack from rim up shoulder. Die crack in hair up to W in WE. SE die scratch from back of head. Short ESE die scratches from forehead. Die crack in beard. Reverse is EMDS

Reverse die has been changed from MDS. Short ENE die scratch from top of O in ONE. Pair of short die scratches between U in UNITED and O in OF. ESE die scratch from lower left wheat stalk.
