Obverse
Light die scratches between 1 & 9 on date. Long die scratches running N-S through date North. N-S die scratches that are fading through LIBERTY stronger between letters.
Reverse
Light die scratches N-S on reverse. One long die scratch that runs through C & A up to T of Cents. Light die scratches next to left wheat with other weak scratches fading on the left side of reverse. Reverse is MDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
Many old N-S die scratches show in the 19 of the date. A heavy die gouge shows on the bridge of the nose. N-S die scratches run through the RTY of LIBERTY - the longer and stronger ones run through the T.
Reverse
Many N-S die scratches show in all areas of the reverse. Reverse is MDS.
