SE die gouge under P in PLURIBUS toward O in ONE. Long SSE die scratch through top of T in CENT. SE die scratches through E i n ONE. Die dot in right wheat stalk.

Fading die scratches NW-SE around mintmark. Two die scratches in the field that touch the nose. Remains of a die clash behind neck. Older die scratches behind coat.
Reverse
SE-NW die scratches through ONE CENT. Fading older die scratches east of E on ONE. Several die scratches from left wheat grains through UN of UNITED and above and through OF. Two E-W die scratches from right wheat lower grains. One below ICA on AMERICA and one touching A's on STATES and AMERICA fading. Reverse is MDS.
