Obverse
Mintmark to the south is easily visible but weakening. Concentric die scratches are visible throughout the lower bust. A heavy die dot shows to the right of the bottom of the Y of LIBERTY. Old, heavy die scratches run NW-SE through GOD.
Reverse
An old N-S die scratch shows to the right of the center of the E of ONE. Other die scratches show in the right half of the legend. Reverse is LMDS.

This repunched mintmark shows as a nice spread to the north and a weaker spread to the south. The south spread disappears at around LMDS and is not visible on most LDS specimens. Value should be adjusted downward by 25% for LDS specimens due to this fact. Old #021.76
