Die scratches throughout the obverse. A heavier die scratch runs SW through the legs of the R in LIBERTY. A heavier die scratch runs SE from the forehead to the rim.
Reverse
Die scratches throughout the reverse. A heavier die scratch between the rim and the left wheat stalk. Heavy die scratches through the TED of UNITED. A die dot shows on the outside of the lower left wheat stalk. Reverse is MDS.

Portions of a second S can be seen in and below the primary mintmark. This die is very similar to 1955S-1MM-005 except that this mintmark is positioned higher to the date.
