Strong SE-NW die scratches through date. Die scratches protrude from the top of the head. A light die crack develops over the VDB late in this die state.

E-W die scratches show throughout the reverse. Reverse is MDS.

Obverse
A few light die scratches run NW-SE from jaw. A die scratch between the lower 9 & 5 of the date. A die crack above VDB with a small die break on lower tip. On VLDS coins this die break becomes a break to the rim.
Reverse
A small die gouge between the U on UNITED and the left wheat grains. Older light die scratches through OF. Die fatigue on the tip of the right wheat lines. Reverse is MDS.
