A Strong SW-NE die scratch to the left of the mintmark. Numerous N-S die scratches behind head.
Reverse
Two strong die scratches run E-W through the lower NT of CENT. A small die scratch runs NW from the left side of the first U in PLURIBUS. Reverse is LDS

Obverse
Heavy NE-SW die scratch between the 9 of the date and the mint mark. A N-S die crack on the shoulder, and down to the rim. A die crack on the lower lapel. N-S die scratches through the date.
Reverse
Numerous E-W die scratches throughout the reverse.

Nice splits on both serifs, as well as a separation line can be seen on this rotated repunched mint mark.
