Die gouges can be seen near the lower rim underneath the bust and date. Numerous north-south die scratches can be seen through LIBERTY. A long die scratch runs SSE from the U of TRUST. Die scratches on the neck, above the front collar.

Vertical die scratches inside the C of CENT. Numerous vertical die scratches on the reverse.
