Reverse
Die scratch from A in STATES to U in PLURIBUS. Die scratch from F in OF through AM in AMERICA. Die clash in bay 8. Heavy E/W die scratch between NE in ONE
MDS markers
Obverse
Light NW-SE die scratches through the date. A series of short die scratches run ESE from the forehead.
Reverse
A heavy die scratch runs through the F of OF and the AM of AMERICA. Evidence of a die clash in the 8th memorial bay. E-W die scratches on the roof of the memorial. Reverse is MDS.
LDS markers
Obverse
E-W die scratches show above the date, partially covering the NW-SE die scratches that still run through the date. A heavier die scratch connects the lower part of the Y of LIBERTY to the coat. Short NW-SE die scratches show in front of the forehead and nose.
Reverse
The die clash mark inside the memorial bay is still strong but shows some wear. The die scratches in the upper right part of the design are changed.
