Diagonal NW-SE die scratches between UNITED and the right memorial roof corner; nearly horizontal die scratches in EPU, bay 1, and through parts of ONE CENT; distinctive die denting or gouging in bay 6 above Lincoln's statue.

A medium CCW spread can be seen in LIBER, the motto and lightly on the date. Die is similar to 001 and 011; mintmark location and die markers differ between the three.
