Die chips on columns 2, 11, and 12. Die cracks run NE from the tops of columns 2-5. A die crack runs east from the top of the E of ONE. A die chip on the E of CENT. Light NW-SE die scratches through the motto. Reverse is MDS.

Yet another variety of this type for the date that shows a light to moderate spread with notches on ERTY and some minor extra thickness and a slight northwest shift on the date.
